Please fill out the employment application. Provide your contact info, experience, and preferred type of job.

Email your resume. Send it to wrgr.jobs@gmail.com in DOCX or PDF format. Don't have a resume or need help creating a new one? Make sure you mention this in your employment application.

Wait for a response. A volunteer will contact you within 3 business days. Depending on your case, you can get volunteer help with resume creation, interview preparation, and job searching assistance.

Receive job opportunities, if it is available to date. You’ll be connected to employers and get ongoing mentorship.
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
1. I have no Canadian work experience. Can I still get help?
Absolutely! Volunteers will help you adapt your resume, prepare for interviews, and explain how the Canadian job market works.
2. How long does it take to find a job?
It depends on your background, English level, and region. In many cases, first contact with you may happen within 3–5 days, but please note — this is just the beginning of the process. Finding a job can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
3. What if I don’t have a resume?
No problem — we’ll help you build one from the scratch. Just make sure you mentioned this in the employment application.
4. If I am a business owner. How do I hire Ukrainian newcomers?
Just fill out the Employment form. Our coordinator contacts you, selects candidates and offers support options.

We are a volunteer-based organization that receives no government or major funding. Everything we do is made possible thanks to the efforts of dedicated volunteers who give their time and energy to help others. That’s why, despite our best intentions, we simply cannot help everyone at once.
Please don’t lose precious time waiting. Even if you are waiting to hear back from us or other organizations, continue actively searching on your own — submit your resume, check job websites, ask friends and acquaintances, and reach out to employers directly.
We are truly happy to support Ukrainians who have arrived in Canada with their job search. Our team is doing everything we can to assist everyone who reaches out to us. However, we kindly ask you to keep one important thing in mind: 👉 Looking for a job is already a full-time job.
