UPDATE: Donated clothing is available for pick-up. Please don't bring any additional items. If you have extra plastic bags for people to put clothing in please bring them.
After 16 months of effort, sacrifice and success it’s time to celebrate!
On Saturday May 27th beginning at 5pm you are invited to join your fellow Ukrainian guests, hosts, donors and volunteers for a kid-friendly potluck dinner at the Ukrainian Catholic Centre.
If you opened your home to a Ukrainian, generously donated money, provided rides, advice, jobs and emotional support, this is your chance to meet and celebrate all of the incredible hosts, guests, donors, and volunteers who have stepped up to make Waterloo Region Grassroots Response a success. By opening your homes and hearts to Ukrainians forced to flee their country. There will be speakers, entertainment, and some delicious homemade food.
